Summary: Probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. The night life on the roof was great, the pool was great, staff was great, you get electrical bikes, beach access and free umbrella, the food was great, the guests are classy. The hotel was perfect state or the art brand new & beautiful. Also the BED best bed I’ve ever slept in. I literally did not want to leave.

Summary: This hotel has nothing special to justify how extremely overpriced it is. Check-in was a terrible experience. We booked a room for three people, and when we opened the door, the room had one queen bed in a very small space. At first, we thought it was a mistake, but instead they tried to accommodate three adults in one bed. The front desk insisted that our only option was to pay extra for a suite, even though we had already paid almost $900 USD for just one night. After calling the manager, they finally moved us to another room with two full beds, but by then the experience was already very frustrating. The rooms are very small. The beds are comfortable and the room has the basic amenities you need, but again—not for $900 per night. On a positive note, Quinto and the rooftop restaurant are really nice, with good service and a great atmosphere. Bottom line: a sweet-bitter stay. Also, be aware that parking is an additional $60 per day.

Summary: The room is barebones even when we asked for the room to be made up they didn’t. They don’t send any request up to the room. You have to go down and get it from the lobby. Very poor experience for a five star room.
